Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Forever Ella B your business is greatly appreciated. 

Due to the nature of cosmetics all items are final sale.

 In the rare case of a defective product, please send it back to us within three (3) days of delivery and for an exchange. If you damaged the product, we cannot accept the return. In addition, we are not liable for damages that may have occurred to products during shipping and items damaged during shipping are not eligible for refund. The Exchange Information is subject to our Exchange Policy described in more detail in our Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Send a photo of the damage product within 3 days of receipt. (Must be within Days)

2. Forever Ella B will email you within 48 hours with confirmation of your email and review from your damage product. If the review identifies that the product is not defective, no exchange will be given.

3. Once determined the product is defective, you will be given directions on how to send the defective product back.

4. Once the defective product is received, an even exchange of the same product will be granted. If the particular product you ordered is unavailable, you may request a different product of similar cost or lower.
