Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our lip products and for hygiene and safety reasons, Forever Ella B does not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic products.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@foreverellab.com with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

Once the issue is verified, Forever Ella B will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding incorrect or damaged items.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for:

• Change of mind
• Shade preference
• Products that have been opened, used, or altered
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
