Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.

Shipping

Forever Ella B currently ships within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Free Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders of $100 or more before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected. Carrier delays are outside of Forever Ella B’s control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the email address entered at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before submitting your order. Forever Ella B is not responsible for delays or packages delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, or if your shipment appears delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. You may also contact us at customerservice@foreverellab.com if additional assistance is needed.
